"1 out of 3 elevators worked for a 10 floor hotel and the one working elevator was extremely slow. Unacceptable."

"Call first to confirm the pool is open. Arrived after long travel day looking forward to pool only to find a closed pool sign on thr door. A little advanced notice, even at check in would have been appreciated."

"The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the layout of their own overall & the bathroom. Staff were attentive & friendly. The floors in the room creek with every step both in the room and in the room above the room. You could easily hear people walking back-and-forth. The walls are rather thin, and I heard a lot of intimate moments, showers, toilet, flush, children, running back-and-forth. It was very hard to relax. After all of that, there was a charge for...

"The breakfast was very basic. I only had breakfast 1 day out of the 5 days I stayed. I didn’t feel it was worth $16. The staff on the other hand was excellent. Everyone I can in contact with was very friendly and helpful. "

"The staff were helpful with taking care of special requests. The kitchen was well place and equiped with all basic amenities, even a dish washer. The breadast area was clean and offered a good selection though custom omlets were not offered."

"Don’t trust the shuttle, I waited more than an hour and wound up taking Lyft for $27. Even pulled the driver over and he told me it was the wrong shuttle. Beyond frustrated "

"We stayed here as it was close to Stony Brook University. The staff were very polite. We were able to check in early, which was a great help. We were just staying one night and did not eat the breakfast. We would stay here again."

"I informed staff my room had ants for 2 days and there was someone else’s dirty towels in the corner( which were not picked up by day 3) The elevator was on its last leg. The coffee and water in the lobby was nice-nice seeing security there at night"

"Stayed 2 nights with family. Hotel was in good condition. Room was comfortable. Lobby had a nice sitting area. But nothing is offered. There is no complimentary coffee in the lobby and no continental breakfast in the morning. There’s a Red Lobster and a Smoky Bones right outside the parking lot so that was convenient. Parking was fairly easy but there’s a small fee of 15$/night to park. I wasn’t thrilled with the attentiveness of the staff. I asked for house keeping for the next day and when I...

"Unforgiving management. Refusing to accept cancellation due to inclement weather that cancelled local event. A midnight cancellation policy failed as people are usually asleep and uRoom never checked in. "

"They call a nutrigrain bar breakfast. A/c did work well in my room though, I guess that’s a plus "
