"The staff was so competent and helpful in all aspects. The room was needs an organized, the lighting, poor and showerhead was very very short. Overall, location of this hotel is amazing and the practice was very good and have variety of options which was really great."

"We stayed in New Buffalo on a road trip east. We needed a place to rest our heads & we really appreciated this hotel. We called ahead of time to let them know we’d be checking in quite late (we forgot there was a time change from where we were coming from to MI). They were accommodating. The only concern we had was that when we booked the hotel on Expedia, we chose ‘pay at the property’ & there were attempts on our card before we had arrived at the property. Other than that, no other complaints or issues."
