If there was any complaints, it’s that the room was really warm and you couldn’t change the air con, but nothing opening the window can’t fix."

"Located about a 5 minute walk from Nagano station. Quick check in. Good size room, comfortable and clean. Purchased breakfast buffet and it was very good with lots of variety. Surrounding area is good with lots of shopping. "
