"Washroom was not properly cleaned has t clean the shower before going in"

"The hotel was mostly booked for a conference so the restaurant and the spa were FULLY booked. The only reason I chose this establishment was to take my partner to a spa for our anniversary. Do not stay here."

"Very nice and kind polite staff. Rooms were really nice in the Mid Tower. The tub was so wide and large, it was a soker tub and stand up shower in one. Beds at the Hilton are the most comfortable."

"We really enjoyed our stay here at The Oakes Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the view of the falls from the premium falls room was amazing!! We did wish that breakfast would have been provided, and we thought the $50 daily parking fee at the hotel was rather high for paying guests. "
