"Tower rooms offers the best views of the horseshoe falls at a very much affordable rate. We saw fireworks from the room. So many dinning options available around the corner. We also received several vouchers for dinner at restaurants within like 2mints walk. Subha assisted us and was very nice and friendly. Loved the place, loved the area."

"We have stayed here many times for several years. We love the hotel and the location is perfect for walking to everything. There’s only one thing that could be improved, and that’s the need for more elevators or extending the check out time past 11 am. Everyone seems to check out at the same time, so it’s difficult to get an elevator to bring the luggage downstairs and check out. Some people waited long periods of time, in which the elevator stopped on their floor as often as 9 times before...
