"We stayed here for 4 days and would definitely stay again. The room was very clean, daily housekeeping (they gave fresh towels daily without asking), and they respected the "Do Not Disturb" sign while my daughter napped. The location is great, very close to all the attractions, but just far enough to be quiet. Staff were friendly and let us check in early with no extra fee. Only downsides: breakfast and parking cost extra (clearly stated when booking but the extra fees for these are typical for Niagara anyway), the pool was a bit cold, and the hotel could use some updates, but for the price, it’s an amazing value. We’ve stayed at other more expensive hotels in Niagara and this hotel had the best service. Overall, no real complaints. We'd recommend it and would definitely stay here again. "

"Super chambre pour la famille. 2 lits Queen et un divan-lit. Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants de 3, 8 et 12. Superbe vue sur la ville. Très bien situé pour commencer la visite de la ville à pied. Plusieurs stationnements à proximité qui sont moins chers (en semaine) que celui de l'hôtel. Très spacieuse et propre. Super piscine intérieure et extérieure qui communique par un petit passage sous un pont."
