"Breakfast was great and the grandkids really enjoyed the pool. The room was good, but not great, perhaps the staff could be trained to look at the details and not the overall picture. An extra minute or two cleaning, goes a long way."

"Location is good but a particular member of staff at frontdesk was biased.
We reached hotel early and asked for early check in. One staff member confirmed room is ready and can be given. But the other staff member interrupted and said we will let you know when room is ready.
They kept us saying it will be ready in 5 mins, and did not let us check in before 3 pm. If they could have said that 3 pm is checkin time and we do not have room until 3, we could have used our time better and could have...
