"The property is next to the falls that's a great advantage. However it is crammed with guests and not very clean. The breakfast was subpar at best. My room was next to an exit and there were guests entering and leaving at all hours of the day and night with loud noises of door opening and closing and we hardly got any sleep. I would recommend an upper floor room, however the front desk staff didn't bother to ask me my preference before handing the room keys."

"It seems that in every hotel we stay in that the TV is set-up differently. How to access the ' live ' TV is always a challenge, as here, at Hampton Amherst-Buffalo, no station numbers were available, at least, that we could find. If things could be made simpler, less complicated. Perhaps a placard on the table with the TV monitor ?"
