Walk to Falls, Casino! Niagara Family Home w/ Yard

"Double living rooms was great. Second floor was spacious. Stove was electric which was a negative for me. Neighborhood was also desolate. Many nearby houses were boarded up. Wouldn’t repeat do to the neighborhood"

"We had a wonderful weekend stay at this house! Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—peacefully tucked near the mountains while still being just 5 minutes from town, making it easy to enjoy both nature and local shops and restaurants."

"There was a small hiccup with entering the property but Brian came out and let us in without any fuss and promised to fix it. And it was some in a jiffy. I say this to indicate responsiveness of the owner. We didn't have any interaction with Brian again but he left a friendly presence throughout our stay. The place was cozy, cute, and peaceful for the romantic getaway we wanted. Really had a peaceful time."

Charming Home - 2 Mi to Niagara Falls State Park!

Niagara Falls

"The photos appear to be a slightly out-dated as some of the renovations have typical wear and tear that is not reflected in the photos. The kitchen is not as well stocked as suggested. There was minimal supply with no variety on the coffee bar which meant no hot chocolate for the kids. There is no supply of extra blankets or pillows, the air conditioning does not appear to cool the upstairs the way it does on the first floor, so bedroom doors need to remain open with the ceiling fans on for any...

"The location was near the center of town. There was plenty of parking at the apartments. The only problem was a loss of power one night but, that was town wide."

Historic Bemus Point Studio w/ Porch: Walk to Lake

Bemus Point

"Very cute, very clean, unique property. Owners were close and super friendly. We locked ourselves out (2nd door) and they were there in like 3 minutes. The property is a 2 minute walk from anywhere you’d want to go in the very small town. We loved the covered porch and huge bed! If I could say anything negative about the property and it’s tough. It would be that I’m 6’ 255 pounds and the bathroom is a little small for me. However they have multiple units in the completely renovated 115 year old...

Dog-friendly Waneta Lake Home w/ Lake Access!

Hammondsport

"The property was very neat and clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for bringing our dog along. I think the problem, for us was that after a day of being out and about and coming back, the sofa wasn't very comfortable for evening relaxation before bed. And if you're bringing another couple, there really isn't room for more than two adults on the sofa. There is, however, plenty of room on a really nice deck with tables and chairs and a grill for people to sit and visit."

"Nice relaxing place! Had to get it last minute due to construction date changes in our home. Fit 5 of us just fine. Felt just like a home away from home! Just what we needed!"

Niagara Falls by Day, Arcade Games by Night

Niagara Falls

"An older house but nicely presented. It has old arcade games inside and bright colors to lift you mood. The bedding was comfortable too. Be aware that this property has 1.5 bathrooms and laundry (as accurately stated). This means there is only one shower."
