"If I could. I would give it 3.5 stars. I gave this a 3.5 for a few reasons. Overall, it was decent. It’s a great location! The host was very communicative in the beginning. We were asked if we needed anything and we asked for three blankets and they kindly delivered. The house is old, circa 1910, and quaint in that regard. It’s been “remodeled” and is decent. "The place was not what they said it was. The neighborhood was in a really bad part of town. There were crack heads in the street every night and couldnt tell if there was a gunshot or a fire work. Everything they said was within walking distance was not. And there was pee stain on the beds!!!!"

"This property should not be offered via Expedia or VRBO. It is a dollar store renovation flip property. I had my kids and was reluctant to stay here, but did. Bathroom and kitchen are horrible. The third bdrm is a closet with a rear yard access. This is not family friendly. Hit your head on shower ceiling. It should not be rented for more than $85/ night. Disappointed. "

"When we arrived we found that the property was not cleaned properly. There was a plastic cup on the porch, dirty kitchen floor, empty water bottle in the bedroom, and dirty beds.
