"Worst experience ever. There is no onsite front desk after hours. The security person doesn’t speak English and wanted to withhold my passport on the day of my arrival saying (with Google Translate) that I didn’t pay, actually I did and I showed proof of payment. They don’t even have a digital system. Every guest’s info is documented paper and pencil with my name misspelled. And I stayed for five days the room was never cleaned even once. The photos are nothing near what it is in reality. "

"I really appreciate the host. She communicates extremely well with the check-in instruction. I accidentally book the wrong hotel location, but she was able to switch me to location I wanted. She was very friendly and flexible. The room she got me was really small, but she warned me several times about it. It was clean, quiet, and walking distance to Bui Vien. Highly recommend staying here again, but would get a bigger room. "
