"When I arrived, there was no staff there. Access is via a long, steep staircase, with no elevator. I had 2 heavy bags to drag up the stairs by myself. The next day, the manager did help me carry items to my car, and the night before I left she took my suitcase down the stairs. The hotel has no ice machine and no mini fridge in the room. "Clean room, friendly staff… unforeseen accident by the entry foyer… had to enter & exit thru the Ballroom area for 2 days… during checked out, we were promised, due to the inconvenience, either a free lunch at the Lambertville Station Restaurant or a future 1-day free stay… we opted for the free stay. Staff took down my email & phone number… so waiting for that call or email from them to make good with that promise. Let’s wait & see 🙏"

"One of the two elevators did not work at all. So long waits to use the elevator. Thin walls. Could hear people in neighboring room talking and one wretching with a stomach illness late at night. Facility needs some refurbishing. Parking was advertised as "free" on Expedia, but the hotel tried to charge me for parking. K-cups for in-room morning coffee should have been replenished as to be available for the next morning. I give this hotel a C-/D+ grade."

The lady at the front desk was charming made me feel like I’ve been there before so nice told me everything I needed to know.
