"When I arrived, there was no staff there. Access is via a long, steep staircase, with no elevator. I had 2 heavy bags to drag up the stairs by myself. The next day, the manager did help me carry items to my car, and the night before I left she took my suitcase down the stairs. The hotel has no ice machine and no mini fridge in the room. Free coffee and tea in the lobby with enough variety . The location of the hotel is also perfect , very close to the highway and less than 20 minutes drive from almost all the attractions."
