"Got told when checking in one of the blinds was broken and asked not to use it we ended up going home that evening,we had food it was not great tried small starters the coleslaw was just terrible the chips under cooked and had olives and bread well over priced as the bread was quarter of a baguette and warmed up in a microwave. Not impressed to be honest."

"We had such a wonderful stay here! My kids absolutely loved the heated pool! it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip and kept them entertained for hours. The whole place is truly amazing, with a great atmosphere that made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. "Was not a good hotel really. Thought we’d stop Off rather than drive home. Was dated yes staff friendly on the desk. Went up to room looked like someone left drop turd on floor at end of the bed. I walked straight back out and handed keys back. I’d rather do The 150 miles than stay in that room. Some people say it’s nice, that’s ok if you drink. "The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The sea view rooms have great views. Location is also very convenient. But the fire alarm went off at 2am one of the nights and nearly gave me a heart attack. It went off again the same night and i’ve never been startled like that before."

"We booked this property for a family wedding at Lusty Glaze, it couldn’t have been better. Close to the venue, walking distance to the town and an amazing property. "The hotel was awful, dirty. Couldn't have dinner hotel to busy. Breakfast had to be pre ordered, then one breakfast was forgotten. Had to keep asking for items. The poached eggs were rock hard. The whole experience was a nightmare. Found cut dirty toe nails on the bed. cobwebs in the bedroom. Pool area was terrible. Hotel needs a complete refurb. Some photos couldn't be uploaded. "
