"Everything was as it should be clean room friendly staff close to shops Only issue was breakfast They had a big group of a lacrosse team and staff one part of the brekfast area was reserved for the lacrosse team so seating was a issue We ended up seated in the bar erea due to no seats and was told other area was reserved for the team Cups had run out and was given take away cup instead And milk Was dissatisfaction with breakfast with a few people that could not find seating If there was not going to be enough seating for everyone then i think breakfast should be staggered so all guests can be seated "

"Breakfast was cooked to order...but they just couldnt get it right...scrambled eggs when I asked for poached...two of everything even though I specifically asked for just one ...but then covered in mushrooms cooked in GRAVY!. Dinner had a very limited menu...but what they did have was ok...except when we asked for desert...we were told they were all frozen and would take hours to defrost. Why...when they had 13 of us booked for dinner did they not think to take desert orders in time for them to defrost. But worst of all one of my colleagues was in bed when someone burst into her room. The key to her room had just been given to another guest...without any checks as to if they had asked for the correct room key. My colleague was distraught...and scared...and the whole thing was not handled well. We will not be returning to this hotel...and cant recommend it. "

"Lovely room! It was clean and had some great features. Only negatives where the bed wasn’t very comfortable for me personally and the pub customers outside the pub smoking and leaving where very loud, but fine after 11.30. No conditioner in the shower, But.. Tv channels fantastic and there’s a Pizza Hut, domino’s right next to the hotel. Handy for Telford. Great communication. Thanks. "
