"It’s been a few years since I stayed in this well located hotel - I always remembered it positively but it’s been recently refurbished and it shows. The room was super comfy and very nicely decorated. The only noise was from revellers coming back to their rooms late. Shower was excellent - awesome pressure and lots of hot water. Breakfast was the best I’ve experienced in many years: I went down at quite a busy time but was seated quickly, and all the food and supplies were well stocked, and hot! Staff were discreet, and efficient and polite. "

"The Room was nice and clean, bathroom had nice shower but the bathroom was very compact (Tight) when we arrived the Room was nice & cosy but about 2 hours later the radiator went cold and I didn't know how to switch the heating on again It was a very cold day in Birmingham so needed to have the heating on all the time but unfortunately we didn't know where to switch on Otherwise everything was Very good Thanks Would definitely recommend and will use again when I'm in Birmingham "

"Upon checking find hotel owners eating KFC in the dining area. Hotel is under going renovation and ment the bar etc was not useable. Internet isn’t very good and no terrestrial channels on the tv."
