"Staff were attentive and polite. Room was a bit too hot for sleeping. Breakfast was excellent quality but the high end restaurant was expensive for the quality of food. Also only had 3 options for children which was not great. Swimming area was lovely. "

"I stayed in a single “cosy” room which was tiny but really comfortable and exactly what I needed. Very clean room and lovely bathroom. I visited the spa which is very nice, breakfast was also lovely. It’s also in a great location right on the seafront and super close to all of the shops and not far from the station. I would stay here again "

"I imagine once upon a time this hotel was magical
Now it shows it's age, which is to be expected
The tower room was large, good spa bath and shower.
View was nice.
A couple of things that would make it a bit more practical.
Coat hooks near the door would be handy.
Towel hooks in the bathroom also needed.

"I stayed for 1 night and the hotel was very good. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, the room was nice, clean and comfortable, with some basic amenities.
Although, my room had a partial sea view, it was very small and almost non existent, so I shouldn't have been charged extra for this.
Also, the corridors to the rooms are quite narrow, but manageable with a little extra time.
Overall the hotel is very nice and pleasant with a good seafront location. I will try to stay here again with my family. "
