This is a very new property, clean and fresh. Not too far from central business district. Would come back again.
The collection of keys are right outside the building in the bike rack. Dont get lost or go anywhere else.

I’ll start by saying the room itself was clean. The only issue we had in the room is the exit sign that lit up the whole room all night.
The property did not reflect the photos, I asked twice about onsite parking… there was none the parking on site was taken up by either car parts, rubbish or residents.
At 11pm on our first night we were woken by someone looking for a resident banging on our door. This was scary, as they used language.
We also had to park up the top of the street and walk down to the property lugging our bags with us.
We will not stay here again.

I booked the Jesmond villa and was moved last minute with no warning to another villa in a different area. Then was asked to pay more if I wanted to stay where I actually booked in the first place, not good enough I will not be recommending or staying with this group again.

The house itself is pretty good, but needs fly screens on the upstairs windows, this is a safety hazard! Any1 could fall out those 2nd storey windows or worse. Everything needs to be cleaned way better, the bedding wasn't clean, fridge, shelves cupboards sinks bathrooms all unclean, plates bowls, glasses cups utensils all not cleaned properly. . Ants n cockroachs in ther. No floor mats face washers dish clothes or tea towels.

This would of been a great property in its day. Surfaces and floor looked dirty so unsure how recently it had been cleaned. Ants were in the main bathroom and in the kitchen, cigarette butts and burst balloons were in the yard. Was happy for the most part with linen, blankets toiletries and towels provided but there were no face washers for the kids. Shower head in ensuite was broken and so toilet seat in the main bathroom wouldn't stay on.

We could not stay as they did not provide access codes. 2 hours on phone to Wotif they moved us properties as they also couldn’t get codes required to stay. We tried for 2 days prior, sent emails… no communication until 2 hrs prior to check in on which they advised due to matinenabce would be moving us properties. Terrible communication, no service. Thank goodness Wotif could help us on a long weekend!

Thank you for making this property comfortable. The check-in was easy. Lights had been left on as I was not arriving till late. I booked a 1 bed property but was surprised to receive a 3 bed but only used 1. I did find that a few windows were left open, bathroom exhaust fans were running and the back door was unlocked but nothing had been touched internally. The bed was very comfortable. I was surprised to find there were no coat hangers in the property, no milk in the fridge but this was not a major issue. The property is sparsely decorated and I suggest some bedside lamps would be a nice addition. There are also a few upgrades needed. Bathroom tiles upstairs are cracked , door to bathroom sticks when you try to open fully ( you can get through the door but just a surprise when it sticks ) soap holders in shower recess need replacement or repair. Also in bathroom upstairs and every to laundry downstairs there is a small step up of 2 cm which is not easily noticed and therefore easy to trip.
Generally the property was comfortable and I will book here again. ( sorry for all the little details but I’m an ex property manager from short term environment so am trained to look for every little detail. )

Pest control not done in the property, saw too many cockroaches and spiders inside and in the garrage too. Wifi wasn't working for majority of our stay in the unit. Toaster provided wasn’t working. Too little space around the garrage to park the car as neighbours were parking their vehicle outside the garrage and found more than 2 to 3 cars parked outside the units in little space in front. Staff wasn't that supportive too in terms of offering practical solutions to issues raised. They were expecting guests to follow up for the issues and fixing it themselves.

UNSAFE!! I actually could not stay here. From the moment I went to check in I felt extremely unsafe! The property is located at the end or a dead end street, however there is a very sketchy walkway at the end of the street. When I went to check in there was a police car stopped in the middle of the road at the end of the street, outside the building. I managed to find off street parking which was not close to the property only to go to the room, enter the code given and there were people in the room. They said they were friends of the cleaners and they were cleaning but it seemed off. They obviously also had the code that I was sent to access the room. I left and came back later. There is no access to off street parking. There are 4 car parks between 15 units. Two of the car parks were taken up by one car that looked like it hasn’t been moved in a long time and was on car stands. There were people hanging around in the street outside the property that looked like they were there to get their party started. There is no internal lock on the property door meaning anyone with the code, which seems to be handed out to anyone, can access it. I felt extremely unsafe within the property and didn’t think my car would be there in the morning so I left and had to source alternately accommodation. VERY UNSAFE!!! The pictures of the building do not match the area. Nice house, awful area.
