Great location, safe, pleasant neighborhood, with many lovely restaurants nearby. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The Lucerne Hotel
Wonderful cleaning and staff. Amenities in room a bit lacking--no water boiler except for the coffee-thing and no refrigerator, even tiny. It's not a joy to be given plastic cups instead of glasses. But this was my second stay and I will probably return.
