"Check-in was a nightmare. After sightseeing in the city all day, we arrived at the hotel at 5 PM and we our room was not ready yet. In fact, our room was not ready until almost 8 PM that night. And we received no explanation or any sort of compensation for the inconvenience from the hotel."
