"Room was clean but shower was terrible, draining issues( were sorted next day up to a limit), using shower was tricky, all three the tap, hand held shower and rain shower work together or only hand held, we found setting pretty unfriendly. For Brits: no tea facilities in the room. Staff was good, a separate fridge was provided so if you don’t want to use mini bar then still have a chance to keep your drinks nice and cooler."

"I stayed for a couple day during which my door was left open for several hours after being cleaned. There wasn’t any security in main lobby and any one can use the elevator, so didn’t feel safe traveling as a female solo traveler. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend."

"Great staff. Clean room with tv, a bed, a closet, a chair, a bathtub - a great price but few amenities. I had to ask for paper cups ( no glasses) or coffee or chargers. The lobby was striking art deco and there was a café in the hotel where you could get coffee. Also a great location if you want to enjoy Broadway shows and Times Square."
