Lobby is small and crowded. Room was very small too. Staff is great though.

Arlo Midtown
Nice rooms, good size and use of space. However small things are lacking: shower leaks into bathroom, and needed multiple towels outside to soak up water; asked for extra towels, and had to asked for extra towels each day. Would have been nice to not have to keep asking, and just have them replaced ...
