This was a very modern and comfortable room however it is very much let down by poor organisation. We had paid for breakfast and when we went to the restaurant, we were told it was full and would have to wait 30 minutes for a table. We were given the option to order it as a take away and sit on a table "outside" the restaurant, although pretty much is the same area. Our food was therefore served in paper take out boxes which I don't expect for the price we paid for the hotel.
The pool is great but don't bother going if you aren't an influencer as it's taken over by people who have booked to go to the pool to take photos. No kids are allowed except a tiny window of time in the morning which is crazy.
Staff very generally unhelpful.
Minor point but don't try and go anywhere in a rush as the lifts are a joke and you spend around 5-10 minutes waiting for one, the queues were crazy.
On the plus side, the views from the bar and restaurant areas are incredible and the food in the evening was brilliant. The location is great but for the price I just don't think you are getting a good service all round.
