"I didn’t mind the room I got but it wasn’t the one I reserved. There wasn’t a tv or microwave but we weren’t in the room long so that’s okay. There were 3 females so more mirrors would have been nice but it was a great stay. Staff was so friendly."

"they were able to resolve the issue, but when we arrived, the smoke detector was disabled and there was a very loud noise coming from the vent. we were early and told that we would be notified when the room was ready. we were not given a room till after 4pm. I was told that the room I had been booked for, had an elite member and they had a late checkout, so we would be given a different room. overall it was a very nice stay, beds were very comfortable as were the pillows, staff was very nice."
