The staff were friendly. What would I appreciate a small microwave and other lightbulbs not saying the ones that are there not nice but other lighting for different purposes I will definitely book again

I liked the staff and the facility was great, but a big exception to this was the fact that the outlets in the room did not work besides for in the bathroom. Still an amazing place for the price.

The room had no trash cans, i didn’t know they were doing work on the building so they were working at early hours which was a bit noisy from tools being used to people walking back and forth talking. But the room was very clean, shower was amazing

Was definitely not what I expected. I was stuck in traffic on the way to visit family out of state and just wanted to eat something and go to sleep. When checking in I asked gentlemen at the desk if this was a safe area he said yes I would be fine. I asked for recommendations on some where to get dinner and he acted like he couldn’t understand me and told me to look on my phone. Ok… got into my room. It seemed odd. There was a blue light over the bed. A floor to ceiling mirror in an odd place. The windows were all tinted. Then I did what I always do…. Check the sheets. There were blood stains on the sheets. Grabbed my things and checked out. Drove another two hours and got another room elsewhere.

Room was clean and comfortable. Neing close to train stations was double-edged sword. Convenient for transportation of course, but the noise from the elevated trains running 24/7 right next to property was quite loud. Would still stay there again but will remember to bring ear plugs.
