"The room was an upgrade but it was about the same as what I had before except with a view in the 37th floor. The Tic Tok Lounge was great - all breakfasts and one dinner there. The concierge was excellent fir advice and support. Security was excellent. Never used the fitness area although I got charged a resort fee? No pool so why a resort fee? I love the location near Amtrak station and easy to get to many locations in NYC."
