The heat was broken. We were supplied a tiny space heater that barely worked and no additional blankets. On a positive side, the room was a really good size compared to what you typically get in a NYC hotel. Luggage storage was available and we took advantage of that.

There wasn't any glass or cups in the room. There is nowhere to charge your devices except in the restroom, which I think is horrible. The room is very basic for the price. The location was great, and the staff was friendly. I wouldn't come again because the room is very outdated. It felt like I was in a motel—lovely building, but not the rooms.

room was outdated, and furniture wasn’t in the best shape. super cold walkway to rooms. snow was pouring into the hallways because a cheap reinforcement they had broke and was allowing snow and freezing air in. got to my room and had no towels but they took care of me. staff was super nice tho!

Great, friendly staff. I was able to give them my bag before check in for free which was such a huge relief. My shower took a little while to warmup so that was a bit uncomfortable in the winter. Outside of that, this is a great hotel.

Was it the best hotel room I've ever stayed in NYC? No, but it was far from the worst. For the price and just an overnight stay, it was completely fine. The good: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The mattress was very comfortable. Overall, our room was clean but it wouldn't kill someone on the cleaning staff how to learn how to properly clean mirrors. Would I stay there again? For the right price, yes.
