At first I wasn't sure I would like getting my coffee in the lobby, but it was excellent coffee! Also, I don't think I have ever stayed in a cleaner hotel! Each day, when we returned to our room, it had been cleaned thoroughly! The beds and pillow were comfortable with soft sheets that weren't "loud". I will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

I loved the big room with a panoramic view over Colombia park. I love well-functioning blackout drapes, and that the park becomes very quiet at night. Staff was welcoming and helpful. I love being in a neighborhood my NYC friends want to visit! Don't mind a bit that their isn't free breakfast, gym, 24 hour doorman, etc. -- size and comfort are premium, I'd happily stay there again.

We chose this hotel because of its location and cost. We needed to be in New Jersey the next morning, so being close to the tunnel was a good thing. The location worked for us in that regard, but, by no means is this a luxurious hotel! When we arrived, the woman at the front desk seemed like she could have cared less that we were there. We finally got our keys, and they wouldn't open the door. I had to return to the front desk, and another woman, who was much nicer, came up with me to help with the door, which we opened and she showed me the trick. The room was clean, but had a funny odor. Nothing noxious, but weird. I have a very sensitive nose. I think it was the fabric softener they must use on everything, including the towel, which aren't as absorbent when fabric softener is used. The room was sparse. The furniture old. The mattress and pillows were fine. If you need to be at this location, you can't beat the price. But if you need something to do late at night this is not the place! We went to a play on broadway, when we returned around 11:00, there were no restaurants open to eat anything! We were very surprised, as NYC is supposed to be open all night. But I think that covid has changed that, especially in this location.

Lovely boutique hotel nests in the center of Chinatown. The room is very clean and spacious compared to others I stayed in Manhattan. The price is reasonable.

The Hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic. It's right in Chinatown so it can be overwhelming for some. Would stay here again without hesitation. The coffee in the lobby is very good and they served fresh 1/2 & 1/2. Score!

Quiet, and conveniently located in China Town. A few blocks from Little Italy, Wall Street, and the Seaport, just to name a few nearby attractions. The property is not the most modernized, but comfortable enough with a good staff. It was the perfect place for me to stay while attending to some business. It’s now on my list of convenient places to stay.

We loved the Hotel Mulberry. The staff, especially the young lady who worked days on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, was excellent. When we asked for restaurant recommendations, we were provided with a list put together by the staff. Everything was wonderful, and the price was reasonable. We would highly recommend.

This is the best band gain in NewYork City. Right between Chinatown and Little Italy, it’s a great location.?we stayed in a family room which was enormous and had a refrigerator and microwave. The staff was great.

Excellent location for our Chinese New Year celebration. Right in Chinatown on a quiet street, close to Little Italy, SOHI, World Trade Center/Financial District. No fancy lobby but room is very clean/efficient.

Great Stay!
We loved this hotel! The Chinatown location was great - close proximity to the heart of Chinatown, Little Italy, Lower East Side, and Lower Manhattan. The rooms were comfortable and clean - a decent size for NYC. In the room were an electric kettle, a safe, toiletries. If you're spending time in Midtown/Times Square, plan to take the subway or Uber. I'd stay here again.
