Staff and rooftop bar service was good and great walking distance to Madison Square Garden to catch a Knicks game however, to get to my room I had to go through two doors that had a small room connected to my neighbors room in the corner of the building which was a little bit of an inconvenience when trying to get in and out of the room. I also did not receive my $100 deposit for the room after I left and I was told my front desk staff after I left that they had disbursed the refund back to my account which I never received. Besides that overall good location, clean, and friendly.

I got a problem in the middle of the night with my ac (was leaking) and they fixed it right away and gave me a free breakfast, I'll visit again if I have the chance.

Pos: Great location, outstanding staff, very clean, modern bathroom, fast elevators, good security, great blackout shade made the room dark. Neg: extremely small room (I measured it, and it was 130 sq ft, not the advertised 200 sq ft) with poor lighting and a view into neighboring building's windows; tiny, uninviting lobby; noisy, dirty neighborhood (which is not Doubletree's fault!)

Excellent customer service from the beginning. Marlon at the front desk was excellent. We arrived on bus at 730am and was able to check in early without problems. The 3 days we were there we received exceptional service, room and facility clean. I will definitely be staying here again. The hotel was near everything.
