Everyone at the hotel was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and quiet. We could barely hear the noise from the street in our room. The hotel was also very centrally located to a lot of major attractions

This is the second Citizen M we have visited (the other being Paris). Both were clean and quiet, with courteous/helpful staff. We enjoyed the restaurant, rooftop bars and morning coffee station. We would book Citizen M again!
