Room was clean except shower stall had mildew/mold at base of shower stall! Behind window in room was dirty. Noise from street outside! Limited onsite parking. No available street parking! Hot breakfast available, this was a plus! Lobby not very inviting, could do with a facelift - dark interior! Would rate at 2-2.5 - not worth the price paid!

Good service, we had a late check-in which was noproblem because they have a 24hr front desk. Our room was spacious and clean. Area near the hotel had good food options close by.

When visiting "old Russian " neighborhood " I Always stay in this wonderful Best Western! Best location and walking distance to ALL BAY attractions!

This wasn't my first time staying at this property. It won't be my last either. The Best Western Sheepshead Bay has pleasant staff and nice accommodations. Parking is first come first served and fills up.

Free parking and breakfast huge plusses! Close to the water, which I did not have time to walk around and see, but could be pleasant. For the price it was less than I expected overall décor-wise. Plenty of towels and soaps, but no bottled water in rooms and broken vending machine that takes money but does not dispense. Noisy aircon yet able to get room to a comfortable temperature. Overnight pillows and bed experience so-so. If less expensive I would stay here again for parking convenience.

Everything was great! I stayed here about a month ago and that’s why I came back on 10/20. However, when I arrived at 915pm I was met with a very rude a host, his name is Same. Or at least that’s what he told me. I told him I like to use my American Express cards to get my travel points. He said no you cannot (curse word) do that. He stood up, folded his arms as if he was trying to intimidate me. Nonetheless, once I asked for his name and said I’d leave a review his entire demeanor changed. Umm my stay was Great but I would give the customer service at the front desk an honest 0/10 because of how Sam treated me. I see you all rejected my review above? That’s fine! I’ll make sure I’ll post a review on Google as well.

This is not who we are and our priority is always to satisfy our guests, gain their loyalty and maintain great relationships. We will retrain our FD person and hope he doesn’t do this again.
