The water system in the bathroom is quite bad. The sink gets full whenever we use it and the bathtub faucet is complicated. Room lights are pretty dark and depressing. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay, perfect location, staffs are nice and helpful.

The hotel was a great location, went to ABC studios, easy walking distance. Also great spot to access Central Park. It was safe and clean. Small room but perfect for one night stay.

Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room clean and tidy. Room was decent size, water pressure in the shower was really good. Downfall no USB ports for charging and plug ins not easily reached. Front staff always pleasant and helpful. Currently construction in the area but didn't bother us in the room. Good area really close to Central Park

6 Columbus is a very pretty hotel, with a great restaurant & steps away from Central Park. I did not have a good experience with the staff, my room, & unfortunately the roof was not open despite being advertised as open in April. I enjoyed being in this neighborhood in Manhattan so I was left with mixed feelings concerning my stay. Separate from hotel experience, I loved my experience at Blue Ribbon! The food was amazing & the staff was very friendly, & knowledgeable. Rave reviews for Blue Ribbon.

Erica you stayed with us on a Sunday. The rooftop lounge isn't open on Sundays. In regards to your experience with our staff, was their experience positive with you? Do you find yourself at odds with the world often? Ponder that.

Our room was really, really small. Literally no amenities for the price. View was awful. Bathroom noise -couldn’t figure out what it was. Tv not working.

The only problem was that the AC wasn’t cold enough and the room’s windows were shut down; it was hot and uncomfortable while I slept.

Stayed here one night bc my apartment was having issues. Not sure why so many bad reviews. The room was totally fine and clean. Not much more you could ask for. I did hear the person in the room above me but luckily it stopped by midnight.

Thanks Jaclyn. At times people have bouts of unreasonability. They may not have been able to check-in early or have a late departure, and then they feel personally affronted and start a vendetta against us.

The basic rooms were quite small and had not been updated in decades. The staff was respectful but the hotel was understaffed, meaning one needed to wait for service in the hope that staff would eventually appear. The joke of the NYC ‘resort” fee added to hotel bills reached hilarity at this establishment.

Staff was amazing and very poliet. The rooms were a bit hot, but the staff accommodated a fan. The only complaint is the bathroom shower leaks onto the main bathroom floor. The resturant in the hotel was very good.

Loved the location. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful! The room had everything I needed. The water pressure in the shower and faucet was too hard for me though and also caused some issues with keeping the water in the shower. I would stay here again though. I had an enjoyable stay.

Can’t get a better location than this. Right outside of the Time Warner Center- the subway, Whole Foods, Central Park all right there.

I found the hotel to be very nice although the pictures listed made it appear to be bigger than it actually was. The staff, at both check-in and check out, were extremely professional and courteous. Parking was across the street even though valet parking was available. I like the fact that they were both options. The bed was comfortable and there was an added surprise of the bathroom floor being heated. I would definitely go back there again when I'm back in the area.

Best NYC weekend vacation spot. You are center to almost all the fun things in Nzyc Central Park and all the Museums around it east and west side. The hotel was perfect, get this! Starbucks right next door!! Great spot!

Modern and comfortable room, hotel is quiet and staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and was cleaned every day during our stay. Great location near columbus circle, subway is across the road, and there is a great bagel and pizza place nearby!

Pefect location if you want to stay out the hussle and bussle, walking distance from the subway, restaurants, delis and convenience stores. Central park is 2 mins away and also the staff are very welcoming and very helpful for recommendations.
