Hotel Edison was an excellent choice for our stay in NYC. The staff were helpful, kind, and friendly. Everything was handled with a smile from our room upgrade, holding our bags so we could do some sightseeing, and valet parking our car. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, hip vibe, decent location. The staff was sadly very variable. Although several people at the front desk were lovely and helpful, one bearded Scandinavian type there was surly and aggressive and shouldn’t be in the service industry. The bartender in the lobby was also completely overwhelmed. ...
