"The room we stayed in was terrible. The heating and air unit was leaking and the whole carpet was wet. All our bags and belongins got wet. the bathroom wall had mold on it, and the tub had a leak as well. We were under water and mold the whole stay. I called the front desk to let them know as soon as we checked in and saw the condition of the room and the front desk clerk told me they didn't have any available rooms at that time but will get us in another room the next day but that never...

"🌙 We stayed at the Audubon Inn for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the bathroom was stocked well with plenty of towels, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues. When we arrived, there was a strong musty, mold-like smell in the room that never really went away. "When I entered the room after checking in, I noticed what looked like a needle or pin sticking out of the carpet. The hotel bathroom had what appeared to be mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. I called the front desk to get moved to another room, but the front desk told me there weren't any other available rooms. The bed wasn't comfortable either."
