"Loved my stay"

"I loved the property. We have stayed many times. We are also members. This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front. She charged us $46 with text for two because she said it was early check in. It was 15 minutes before 3pm. She also denied us a first floor and have us two rooms in the 2nd floor all the way in the back. My group is over 62 years old and we had...

"First know this property is across from the beach, depending on your room you might see the ocean. There is only one elevator for staff and visitors very inconvenient. The exercise room very small with too much stuff in it. Parking is $20 per day. I felt the rooms was tidy but definitely not clean."

"This location is always great, but I wish their pet fees were lower. $40 a day per pet adds up quick."

"The breakfast was non existent, only made enough for a handful of people. Tiles in the ceiling were missing. Door to laundry room was broke off the hinges. Our bathroom door could not close properly because of the uneven floor. Only one bath towel for a family of four. Stains on the pillows. In room 216, the occupants were locked in there room. I walked by the hotel employees trying to broke off the electric door lock to get them out."

"The best thing about our small cramped room was the Roku TV. We had an accident and spilled a cup of coffee. I contacted the Bluff's Landing text number to advise we had spilled a cup of coffee. I told them we would need a couple of more bath towels because there were no paper towels to clean up the coffee. We never received any assistance from the property management. After we got home, the property management sent me a bill for $40 for the coffee stained towels. I paid the bill, but we will...

"It's a decent place. I asked them to check in a bit early since we arrived in Corpus Christi a bit earlier and we were with kids. They could not accommodate us for some reason. Breakfast could have been much better and the staff could have been more pleasant and helpful. The property was clean, and the room was comfortable. Other than that it was okay, but not a luxury for sure."
