The property is phenomenal! The photos do not do it justice for the court yard in the back. The hotel is also in the perfect place for walking through the French Quarter, and it makes you feel extremely safe! I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was incredible… friendly and helpful with everything including suggestions for restaurants and local things to do… absolutely wonderful Room was clean and comfortable and the lighting was incredible. Location!!! Best location… close enough to walk to everything!!! Absolutely perfect!! Only down was the balcony was solid concrete and had to stand to see over it… other than that room was perfect. We didn’t partake in the pool but it looked nice as was the comfortable outdoor area… the tour credit and food and beverage credits were nice. The room fridge was full and didn’t leave much room for anything else… the snacks and drinks were a little overpriced but not too bad… overall a great place to stay. While you pay the extra for the cleanliness and location I think it was worth it

Fab hotel. Great location, lovely modern spacious rooms and fantastic staff - those at reception and at the bar were awesome. Lovely courtyard to sit in when the weather’s good and you can walk from the hotel to nearly everywhere you want to go. The king beds are big and comfy. Couldn’t fault it. We cancelled the hotel we had booked for the second part of our stay in NOLA and rebooked at this hotel.
