I booked a queen room for my husband and I to be closer to work for the 2 days we were at another location. Seemed perfect for what we needed.
No frills necessary, just BASICS.
Basics were NOT PROVIDED! Nor the indicated specifics on the site.
Queen bed with Wi-Fi.. this was a must!
We were here for work. No Wi-Fi and tiny bed, I asked clerk upon check in for the password and her response; "READ THE SIGN!". NO WI-FI !
Wow, ok. I was too exhausted to argue, I have a hot-spot. (Didn't want to use my data, BUT)
Upon entering the room; TINY FULL or DOUBLE BED!!My husband and I have a king, this may as well have been a single bed.
I also noticed the 2 thin pillows- went to office and said there was. Mistake, I booked a Queen room. The clerk said, "that's it, all we got!"
I couldn't believe this was happening. I asked for 2 extra pillows; the clerk responded, "we only have what is in the rooms, no I can't help you".
At this point I'm wondering if this is a joke, but sadly, it wasn't.
After spending a MISERABLE 1st NIGHT on the hard, tiny bed with 1 thin pillow; then suffering through work all day exhausted and hurting, I went and purchased pillows for us to have at least half decent night sleep the 2nd and final night.
This was not only shocking due to the misrepresentation of the motel amenities; the people screamin in front our window and slamming doors all night. DISGUSTED! Also, refused to return my deposit upon check out.She stated-IF you eligible it'll refund!?!?
