This stay was wonderful being that it was close to my family and I was able to get to and from without traffic. The airplanes above was a cool aspect for my child to see everyday coming and going. Would recommend to another family in a heartbeat. Staff were wonderful along with the nice aroma that went throughout the hotel and rooms.

I reserved and paid four nights. After first nigh, when I came back to find out that no body cleaned the room. Called front desk and being told "we don't clean room and don't change towels during your stay" This is if you are staying 100 days, they will not clean the room for you. I said that why don't tell us at the time we checked in so we will save the towels (not put on floor). We also request if they can send someone to check shower drain since even for a quick shower, the water was almost over flow the tub. But no action was taken during our four nights stay!

Do not stay at this hotel. Ever. First, it is an airport hotel, that lists airport transportation as a standard offering. However, when I checked in they told me airport transpo was not available, as their van was broken. Sorry. Well actually I do not think they apologized. They only offered to cancel the reservation if I wanted to go someplace else. No Uber reimbursements. I had two kids with me. Was I going someplace else at 6 pm? Also, in all of this insanity, I forgot to ask for the pack and play that they offer when I checked in. When I called the front desk they said I would have to call housekeeping in the morning to arrange that. I was leaving at 4 am for my flight as it is an airport hotel. So NO pack and play. Can I have a refund and leave I ask? No. Then about 30 minutes later after my kids were bathed and in their PJ's Front Desk person said she called Expedia and that they would allow a refund. HA. The whole stay was a nightmare. Except the front desk person at 4 am was really nice. Don't stay here.

This property was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It smelled amazing when you walked in and that continued into the room which was spotless. My interactions with the front desk staff were pleasant and they were accommodating.

Airport shuttle was down which is why i chose this hotel. Pool filter was running and the water looked clean and appeared to be fully functional but we were told it was closed. Otherwise it isn't a bad place.

I needed a place to stay after flying into New Orleans after midnight. This property is five minutes away. The staff were courteous and efficient. Room was clean and ready when I got in. The breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked. I would return if in the same predicament.

I booked this hotel for my red-eye flight specifically to use the convenience of the hotel shuttle. To tell me on the day of my booking that the shuttle isn’t working and then only offer a refund when I am already at the airport expecting to get a pick up. I am very upset.

Gentleman at front desk very gentle, Hotel is supper clean and smell fresh, beds very comforts and plenty of parking pretty closed to the airport, if possible will stay here again !

This was one of the worst. The smell of cleaning chemicals was so strong in the room was making me feel sick the carpet was damp and felt sticky. The airport shuttle we were counting on was out of service and when we checked out at 5am to get to the airport we ran in to police and paramedics in the lobby assisting an overdose with narcan. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

We booked this hotel because they had a van to pick us up at airport but the van was broken so we had to hire an uber to get there. It would have been nice if they offered to discount our room or something but no we got there late they gave us a room by the elevator and we had to hear the elevator noise all night and some other noise from airport was heard as well. I would not recommend going there.

Booked this room because of shuttle to airport. Shuttle was not working and only offer we received was no charge for cancellation of room. Had to pay for extra Uber rides. Not convenient for food. Ended up ordering dominoes pizza Other places were closed on Sundays. We should’ve been told about shuttle when we made reservations

I specifically chose this hotel because there is a shuttle to the airport. They greeted me at checkin with the news that the shuttle is down and there is no refund or accommodation made. I noted there is no luggage rack in my room and they offered to change my room without any guarantee there would be a luggage rack in that new room. I expect better. .

The shuttle service was out. It was the only reason I booked this property. When I mentioned it the clerk at the desk was rude and offer to cancel my booking. She did not check us in correctly. I had to pay for an Uber to the airport I was not happy at all
