"My fiancé and I had an amazing stay! Everyone was very nice and accommodating shout out to “Mama Lucci”. Hotel is in an amazing location! Many of the popular things to do were all walkable. Was not super excited about having housekeeping every other day however, it was never an issue if we needed more items for the room. Definitely would stay again!"

"The hotel is fantastic. Very close to Borbon St and all that there is to enjoy there. You have to expect some noise and acceptance of the lack of cleanliness of the surrounding areas. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained. "

"From the moment I arrived until departure, the hotel radiated a refined, adults-only atmosphere—perfect for busy professionals craving genuine relaxation. No children in sight, and honestly, that added to the peaceful vibe. Every interaction with staff felt effortless and attentive, making me feel genuinely valued. Although dinner was offered on-site but I was not offered a recommended to dine-in, we opted for doordash, the next morning a young man at the front desk highly recommended the breakfast as we were checking out—and I’m so glad we tried it. Each dish tasted delightfully homemade, and watching the chef work was a treat. When my bank card unexpectedly declined at payment, Ms. Ella handled the situation with grace and kindness. She invited us to linger over more tea and coffee, and within 15 minutes everything was resolved. Her warmth transformed a stressful moment into a memorable one. The heated pool was another highlight—inviting and impeccably maintained. My only suggestion is to extend the evening hours beyond 7 p.m.; the post-sunset pool atmosphere was incredible, and ending it so early felt like a missed opportunity. All told, a flawless 10/10 experience."
