The overall experience was very positive and smooth from start to finish. Communication with the host team was excellent—they were prompt, polite, and very helpful throughout. The check-in instructions were clear and timely, and our request for early check-in was kindly approved, which made our arrival much more comfortable. The accommodation was the best part of the stay. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable, and the kitchen was modern and well equipped with all the necessary items. It felt spacious and well maintained, making it ideal for a family stay. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, well managed, and enjoyable. The pizza place downstairs served really good pizza, which was a nice bonus after our long days out, especially for a quick slice before getting back to the apartment. At times, a light pizza-baking aroma could be noticed in the rooms, particularly late at night. While this is understandably hard to fully prevent, it is something the management may want to be mindful of. That said, it did not take away from the overall positive experience. Great location, great accommodation, and great communication by the host team. We would definitely recommend this place.

The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard. All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems. The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required. Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans

This is such a lovely place, 3 big, very cosy beds and a sofa bed; all perfect for our party of 6. Lovely hot shower and toiletries if needed. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. Centrally located and easy access! We would definitely recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful NoLa.

Great place to stay with the family

We had the best time in our three bedroom apt. It was clean had everything you could need and decorated so nice. We had some questions and they were answered quickly and kindly. Parking was on the same block. The trolly was on the back side of the block by parking. There is a grocery store at the end of the block. Door dashing was easy. So close to all the famous streets you could walk but the trolly is best. lots of places within walking to eat. I thought the beds were going to be too soft for me since mine at home is firm Yet, the sleep I got on this trip was amazing, so comfy. We will come back to stay with these wonderful people again and again. Thank-you for answering alllllllllll of my questions with such patients. I even ran into the cleaning ladies on our third day. They wanted to know if we were enjoying our time and was there anything they could get for us or do for us. So kind!!! We loved the place so much that we spent one day hanging at the house, ordered in, & played games. I just can't say enough. You will not regret staying here.

This is by far the best hotel/property we have ever stayed at. This property has obviously been remodeled recently and let me tell you, the pictures just do not do it justice. Absolutley gorgeous with definite nods to the surrounding culture and architecture. Really close to downtown so you can walk to the attractions like Bourbon St., French Quarter, Aquarium and the steamboats, etc. Only a block away from a grocery store so really easy to grab the essentials if you dont always want to eat out. The bakery across the street and the pizza place next door are absolute musts to visit and make it REALLY convenient. Still far enough away from downtown to feel safe and quiet as well. Easy Uber, Lyft or cab pick up since you are really close to an alley. Management company is really quick to respond to phone calls or texts when you have an issue as well. Oh and the beds!!!! SO COMFORTABLE!!!! Only downside is parking (if you bring a vehicle) is expensive, but that seems to be a thing for the whole city.

We had 2 adults and 4 kids so this place was great for us. Easy to find. We arrived late in the evening so the parking space they recommended that was the closet to condo was almost full. They said parking is typically $30 but it was $46 the first night and I think $56 the second night. Make sure you pay for parking bc Nola will put a boot on it if don’t. Condo was easy to find but took a minute to get in. The keypad was either very sensitive when pushing the code in or just very slow. So it took us ab 10 minutes before we even entered the building. Once we finally made it into the unit, it was just lovely. 3 bedrooms, living and kitchen, just what we needed. For some reason we had little to no hot water when showering. 2nd night was better. This is not the space you want if you want a sound proof space. You can hear every sound in the condo from every room. But that didn’t bother us on this trip. Depending on my next visit to Nola, I would book again.

It was amazing - the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful even with them being completely contactless. The rooms themselves are LOVELY, well laid out, and well appointed. As with really every hotel in New Orleans, it might be haunted. Our friend woke up with like 20 pictures on her phone, all black… I thought I felt something watching me at one point during the night. But, it could have all just been too much fun on bourbon street the same night as the ghost tour :)
