New Hill Hotels with Swimming Pool

"The room was clean, the breakfast in the morning over and above any I’ve had before. The exercise room was great! I used it every evening and it was nice and quiet. The only complaint I have is the pool. My 3 yr old grandson was walking and still slipped. It was very slippery. Also, we used the pool for 3 days and by the last day, the water was getting a little cloudy and could’ve used some attention. There were a lot of kids who used it over the weekend so it should’ve been taken care of. "

"It’s listed as “Excellent” but it’s far from it. Bathroom was gross, pool looked like a pond, rooms were just dingy and beat to hell. That said, the staff was awesome. Like over the top gracious and helpful. For $100 it did the trick last minute and was a 2 min drive to return the car to the airport, but I’d rather spend another $100 and feel comfortable and clean.. "

"Check-in was very smooth, easy and fast. The young man wo checked us in was very friendly, made us feel welcomed. The overall stay at the hotel was ok, the only issue we encountered was Saturday night/Sunday morning. The front desk clerk was less than helpful. Went downstairs to ask her for a bag for the ice chest, however, she was so busy paying attention to her phone she 'claimed' she didnt know where they were. I guess I should have called downstairs before I went down."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I also really enjoyed the breakfast—it was fresh, well-prepared, and had a great variety of options to choose from. Overall, the excellent service, clean rooms, and friendly atmosphere made this a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"
