"I initially gave a horrible review, the TV was not working the first day/night. Had to wait til day two since they had to order a new TV and were not allowing us to move to another room due to already being there an hour. That was still upsetting. No trash cans in rooms. We saw 2 roaches during our stay, ewww. But the manager was kind enough at check out and comped us the first day/night. Which was greatly appreciated. Other than that you get what you pay for. It worked for a short stay."

"Property was awesome! Rooms are spacious and clean! Staff was friendly and very helpful with all of our needs. Will definitely stay here again..We were in town for the Orlando Magic playoff game. It’s about 20 min walk to the arena FYI. Thanks for the great stay! "

"Our stay was average overall. At check‑in, we were given room keys but not actually checked in, so we couldn’t use the Wi‑Fi until Veronica fixed it. The market was inconvenient — the self‑checkout machine was broken, they only accepted cards, and we were overcharged for drinks. Their system was down and IT couldn’t fix it until Monday, but management eventually approved the refund. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 AM and the selection was limited, but there’s a Starbucks next door that opens at 6 AM. The room was clean, though the live TV had very few channels. Parking is valet‑only at $45 per night. You use a link to request your car, track progress, and they text when they’re retrieving it, but there’s only one way in and out so it can get backed up. There’s also a $150 incidental hold that gets refunded if there are no issues. Veronica was great, but the stay had several inconveniences."

"My stay here was impeccable. I'd been to the AC before to visit skybar numerous times, but this was my first time staying. I was very impressed with the staff and their commitment to excellent customer accommodation and service. I was treated beyond great by the front desk staff and the manager Rebecca Stinvil. She was amazing and really added a higher level of experience to my time here just by being a great, understanding leader and manager. Will be back!"

"Dirty, room smelled like smoke… No blanket only a sheet on the bed was terrified to lie on the bed. People were hanging around outside in the middle of the night, like they were selling drugs and blaring music all night. There was no juices for breakfast, the machine said they had fruit juice and orange juice. It was all water, only mini muffins and a mini waffle machine. I wasn’t eating the food or making a waffle there! The place looked like it was under construction. It was filthy inside and out, bought online last minute will never do that again! From the online photos, it look pretty."
