"I took a red eye to New Brunswick. It just worked out that way. I arrived at the Heldrich Hotel at about 8:30am, hoping to at least check my luggage so I could walk about or do something until it was the official check-in time. Instead, the woman at the front desk said "let's see what we can do for you" and just like that, I was given a key to my room before 9am. That is true customer service: to get over 6 hours to crash after arriving so early. I'll always recommend the Heldrich for their...

Not great rest this time
"Pre flight overnight stay. Have stayed here before and it was great, the convenience of being on airport premises is ideal. The room was nice but on this occasion the proximity to the ice machine (in an echo ridden tiled alcove) was not ideal. Lots of people trying to fill buckets until about 1am. Right at 5am it sounded like the machine started running to fill the hopper again. So as much as I wanted great sleep I just couldn't get it. Hotel staff were very helpful on this trip as my travel plans changed hours before I was due to check in and I needed parking. Staff turned my reservation into a stay and park and saved me money and headaches. "
