"Bathroom vanity was rusty. The toilet was dirty. The shower set up poor water splashes everywhere they need glass door not partial show door. Bathroom ventilation system is horrible the ceiling got puddle patches and started leaking when bathroom steamed up from taking a hot shower. Bedroom carpet was dirty not sure when last shampooed. "The staff was kind & attentive, the location was also great! My only complaint was the condition of the hotel. It needs a serious upgrade & thats not something the staff can do while also taking care of guests. It needs updated lighting, newer elevators, renovated rooms & bathrooms etc. When I got to my room I considered going to a different hotel because of how old everything was. But, I stayed, had a great evening seeing a live show & I slept well. I left as soon as I woke up though!"

"My two friends and I stayed at Caesars Atlantic City from June 8–10. Unfortunately, our trip ended with one of the most frightening hotel experiences we've ever had. I noticed an unexpected charge on my credit card for a room upgrade that I never requested or authorized. We were staying in Room 623 and planned to check out the next morning.

"Unique hotel with lots of charm. Vintage furniture and decorations made it feel like we stepped back in time. We somehow ended up in the Governor's Suite which had a sitting room with a hot tub, a small balcony, 2 sinks and a fireplace. Everything was clean, and there were toiletries provided. Things were very quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was plenty of off street parking.
