"We are traveling with our fur baby, the Hotel was great. The staff was Awesome!! One of the Best rooms we've had!! I would most Definitely stay again!!"

"Very clean. Lobby and rooms smelled good. Had a nice fire pit we enjoyed for a few hours. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"Staff were nice upon arrival. Room was as expected. In room no USB ports or lamp plug ins for cellphone. Also one of the bed lamps did not have a bulb in them. Brought my fire stick couldn't use outlet was too far away. Very conveniently located by the freeway and gas stations. Not far from grocery stores. "

"It is absolutely run-down, inside and out...grass was about a foot tall ....the ONLY thing the continental breakfast offers thats edible is the waffles "

"The most the did was drop off 1 box of tissues. Not once over a 4 day stay did they refill, replace or clean anything. No breakfast. Room key didnt work half the time. Carpets were the grossest i have ever seen in my life. "

"Rooms were dirty stains on the ceiling from a previous water leak towels were dinghy vending machines didn't work every room was a smoking room and had to pay $100 deposit television didn't work in one of the 3 rooms I booked "

"Air condition worked fine. The room smelled bad/ Bathroom floor was dirty and not freshly cleaned. No proper locks on doors. Only one entrance is allowed to be used in the whole motel for entry. Not to mention in a dangerous area of Columbus. DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"This place was filthy, the breakfast was just butter biscuits, the property around was dirty as well. We were moved to this hotel after our original room was given up by Expedia. I would not recommend staying here to anyone! Let’s not mention someone literally died here the night we stayed. There was a shooting outside our room and the victim unfortunately died. I did not feel safe here. It was a rough weekend to get through. "

"The most terrible experience the parking was full and I parked in the back I see a door close by and tried to bring my luggage in but I can’t. Later on when I’m in the room the guy on front desk go and treated me to cancel my room because he said I no supposed to use the door but they didn’t have signal to say anything that’s a exit door. And the room was dirty I need the manager contact me "

"I wasn’t even there my stay was canceled and I didn’t get my refund the manger is holding my refund even though I booked it through Expedia I can’t get my money back "

"Terrible service. We paid a premium expecting a breakfast like the one shown on their website. When I went to inquire about it, a man started shouting at me, claiming I was lying and that I must have been looking at photos of a different hotel—not that one. I pointed out how illogical that was: why would I look at photos, make a reservation, and spend the night at a hotel if the pictures on the website actually belonged to a different place? It was ridiculous. And that wasn't even the worst...
