All of the above. The staff and the two gentlemen that helped ensure I was okay given my travel issues coming into town for my stay. The entire place is amazing from the room, view, etc.

The hotel is very conveniently located in town. The bus terminal and restaurants arevery close, as are car rental agencies. All of the staff are lovely. They checked us in early amd gave us an upgraded room due to availability. Ayse and Mustafa looked after us so well at breakfast. We ate like royalty.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The experience of staying in the cave was luxurious, the room was huge, and the staff was amazing in helping us to book excursions and cabs and recommend restaurants.
