"Very good service. Room was nice and clean. We stayed only one night. It was very easy to get to and it's close to the center. "

"The most uncomfortable bed ever. We had booked a double room but they gave us a twin room. We went back to reception and the staff member said the hotel was full and shrugged, and said we can push the beds together. We went back to the room and did this, and there was loads of litter under the bed. The mattresses on both beds were extremely uncomfortable. In the morning we spoke to the front desk, and they said they couldn't switch our rooms but they would provide extra duvet covers. We got back in the evening and they had not done this. We gave up, and slept on top of our duvets using only a sheet. The hotel is a short tram ride from the city centre. You can walk in about 35mins but it is down a main road and doesn't feel safe at night. The hotel is up a hill and you have climb up a lot of stairs from the main road. There was building work, so either you had to climb around the broken area or walk a 15min detour. Once you get to the hotel, there are more stairs to reach reception. The property is very dated in decor, with no plug sockets by the beds. We found the people in Bratislava very kind and friendly, but some of the staff at this hotel were rude to us."

"Excelente location, maybe the best possible. This hotel is actually a medium size ship located on the Danubio River. No breakfast available, just a coffee and a croissant for around 5 euros. No refrigerator, no microwave, no closet, but ok for a short stay."

"2박3일 묵었는데 둘쨋날 아침 10시에 청소 스탭이 와서는 타올만 넣어줌. 4성급 호텔이고 당연히 매일 청소해줄 줄 알았는데 조금 그랬음. 샤워룸이 개방되어있어서 샤워할 때 추운 것도 단점. 그래도 다른 방보다는 큰 방을 배치해준 것 같아서 별은 4개 드립니다."

"My room was a little disappointing and smaller than I expected. To use the armchair i almost had to climb over the bed. Everything worked OK and all of the staff were helpfull and friendly. The breakfast was OK, but some items were not replenished often enough! All in all not my first choice for a stay in Bratislava and I shall not make that mistake again."

"Checked-in around 10pm and checked-out at 4am, so can't really provide much detail. Room was nice and very clean. It was actually a large room (at least by European standards)."

"The best hotel we’ve stayed. The view of the Danube river was a plus. Hotel was very technologically advanced. Loved their bathroom. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was great. About 20 min walk from downtown."
