"Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Service ebenfalls.Sehr aufmerksam und um die Gäste sehr bemüht. Den Gartenbereich auf der Seeseite war leider nicht vorbereitet. An ein facelifting sollte man in der nächsten Zeit mal denken."

"It is a nice upscale hotel. Walking distance (steps away) from Vienna airport and train station. Clean room, clean bathroom, clean linen and towels. But that’s pretty much it. Breakfast was not included. They will not clean the room and make beds unless you specifically tell them. You need to tell them to replace used coffee cups and refill supplies. Shower head in the bathroom was in an awkward position. Overall, good hotel to stay. But don’t expect anything else."

"Leonardo Smart Hotel (stay in Vienna) was great. The facility is very new - so new the airport information wasn’t familiar with them. They are just a short hop from the Airport Bus (24/7) loop, which stops just a few short steps to entry. Comfy rooms are just the beginning. Staff were very helpful and this was the perfect place to stay the night before an early flight. The price is great too, so might be worth it if you intend to be sightseeing around Vienna all day and just need a good bed and...

"The location is excellent! Rather than stay in the city and worry about a taxi ride or public transportation to the airport on the morning you are flying out, we opted to stay at this hotel which is a 8 minute walk to Terminal 3. The hotel is very clean. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are clean. Very satisfied. At checkin, they gave each of us a coupon for a complimentary drink at the bar. It was a nice way of concluding our vacation."

"Sehr gute Unterkunft in super Lage für Einkaufen in Outlet Center oder für das Nova Rock Festival. Sauberes Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass wir schon früher als geplant (um 13:00 statt 15:00) einchecken konnten."

"Ein Wunderbares Hotel und Preislich auch in Ordnung alles hat soweit gepasst. Das Personal allerdings lässt zu wünschen übrig nicht unbedingt sehr Freundlich. Tipp für alle mit Abendgarderobe vermutlich kein Problem."

"What a wonderfully unique property. So glad I booked this location. I did not use the map on the back of the check-in instructions so finding the room was difficult in the dark but I blame myself. A heads up to those booking, it is a large and wonderful outdoor campus so the map is very useful!!! We felt very at home with the decor and the dining room/kitchen was out of this world!"
