Extrem schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. - Personal ungeschult: keine Ahnung in Umgang mit Problemen + Gästen (am Frühstück nicht ein Goodmorning, stattdessen drei Mal nach der Zimmernummer gefragt). - Hotel + Zimmer veraltet und die Mitarbeiter finden es ok (Fenster im Zimmer konnte nicht mehr geschlossen werden - Hauskeeping hat es während unserer ganztägigen Abwesenheit eifach bei strömendem Regen offen gelassen) (Man kann das Hotel nur durch einen schmalen Emergency Eingang betreten, der Normale Eingang ist scheinbar unreparierbar. Kann passieren, aber es gab keinerlei Hilfe vom Hotel, also schlug die schwere Not-Türe bei jeder 2. Person gegen dem Gepäck, Körper oder ins Gesicht - und die Rezeption schaute Tagelang zu) - Parken ein grosses Drama (wir mussten jeden Tag VOR dem Abfahren mit dem Auto bei der Rezeption vorbei um zu Fragen ob die Ausfahrt endlich Problemlos möglich wäre. Jeden Tag bekamen wir eine neue Ausfahrtkarte, die dann nie funktionierte. Wir mussten zusätzlich NACHER jedes Mal vor der Ausfahrt-Schranke die Rezeption wieder anrufen und anschliessend aus dem Auto steigen um WIEDER das gleiche zu erklären und dann zum 3. Mal zusammen herunter zu laufen zum Auto, bevor die Mitarbeiter ENDLICH EINFACH NORMAL die Schranke öffneten. Das ging 5 Tage genau so ohne jegliche Entschuldung vom Hotel. 0% proaktiv. - Frühstück niedrige Qualität (Hash browns jeden Tag weich statt crispy, Brot entweder steinhart oder super soft, pastries €1-ready-aufback Qualität..

Das zimmer war sauber und der Safe war gross genug. Das Bad leider schlecht zu benutzen. Die Badewanne sehr hoch und keine Griffe zum festhalten. Vom Frühstück hatten wir uns mehr erhofft. Die Auswahl der einzelnen speisen hätte größer sein können, zb nur 2 Sorten Käse. Die Bedingungen waren sehr freundlich und sehr schnell.

Stayed in one of the apartments on the 4th floor, which is perfect for families or couples. The rooms were amazing, really well appointed (including great bathroom lighting and a magnified make-up mirror) and the location was perfect - super central, on the Danube and a 5 minute walk from the UFO. The hotel looks in need of refurbishment in several places. The restaurant was closed on 2 evenings with no explanation provided. In my room (371) the TV displayed a welcome was displayed for whoever was staying in room 317, which was a clear breach of privacy of whoever was staying in room 317 and presumably mine in whichever room my details wete display. I did not fully understand the hotels excuses but they seemed to be blaming an outside supplier for the problem but since they already knew about the problem i'm not at all sure what action will be taken to put it right.
