"Stay was comfortable. Pool was great for the kiddos. I wish the hot tub and sauna were a bit warmer. We had a negative interaction with one of the members while we were there, but management handled it exceptionally well. We will be back! "

"We were extremely happy with our stay at The Ashley Inn. Our room was perfect. Not one complaint from us. We were very satisfied with the breakfast. Good amount of seating for a somewhat small room. Good selections for adults and kids. On our third day there, I watched an employee by the name of Trish, work non-stop (until I interrupted her work by talking to her. She was so very nice) keeping the breakfast room clean and stocked. The people at the front desk always greeted us going in and out. I had a question on my bill, when I got home, I called and talked to Hichan. He looked into the problem and fixed everything to my complete satisfaction. I would highly reccomend the Ashley Inn to family and friends. Thank you, Na cy MacDonald "

"Staff wasn’t as friendly as in times past. Seemed bothered to have to put her phone down to check us in and then be told about the coffee running out. Room was fine but not super clean; had to tip a chair up to get something we dropped and were met with dust and cobwebs. Sliding door track was filthy. Continental breakfast was lackluster and boring. Very little variety and very weak coffee that was needing to be filled. Parking was fine. The best part was the view but there are MANY other properties with Ocean Front views that are comparably priced. We will go to one of those next time. "

"The breakfast is great. The bed, couch and lounge chair in the room are another story. Completely uncomfortable! Also, why does LS fear towel/ clothing hooks?? Only one in the closet but nowhere else, and those hooks SUCK. Def disappointing for many reasons. "

"I booked this room for my friends wedding anniversary. They had no water in the room until 9pm and then it was only cold water. They were not able to use the jacuzzi tub and took a cold shower. They spoke with several staff members and were just offered excuses. I then reached out as well. They did nothing to make up for this. They didn’t even return my communications."

"This property has amazing views, beach front and this was what made it ok. What they omitted to let us know is the restaurant, bar, and vending machines are not working and they have no plan of having them functioning soon. There was a sign on the door to the office letting us know this. The staff was not friendly or helpful. No water in the lobby if you forgot yours. "

"Parking was safe and easy. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was hot. Close to everything the beach, the grocery store Mexican restaurant next-door.!"

"We enjoyed staying here as we have two times before. The rooms, the views, and the pool, sauna and hot tub are very nice. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and they have some nice touches like putting out fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon around check in time. They used to have a happy hour from the desk and give a complimentary afternoon short wine pour that you could take out to the firepits, but that is no longer offered. We have enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the past but this time it disappointed. The breakfast was the exact same everyday. Microwave sausages, crockpot of white sausage gravy with the same sausages, powdered eggs, cubed potatoes and waffles. By day 3 of 4 they put out a bowl of cut melon, that was the only fruit we ever saw. Would have appreciated more fruits or anything with fiber or protein. I resorted to Raisin Bran the 3rd day and we didn’t eat the breakfast on our last day, I couldn’t do it anymore. We will still recommend this location but wish they would bring back some of the special touches that made this a great getaway. "
